Dear Grandparents, Thank you so much for joining us this morning for Real Grandparents Read at East End Elementary! Your presence and willingness to share the joy of reading with our students made the morning incredibly special. At East End, we truly believe that literacy is foundational—it opens doors to future success and helps shape lifelong learners. Moments like today, when our students hear stories read by loved ones and community members, are powerful reminders of how reading can build both skills and strong connections. We are so grateful for the role you play in our school family. Whether it's reading a book, sharing your wisdom, or simply spending time with our students, your involvement helps nurture a love for learning in the hearts of our Bulldogs. We hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed having you here. Thank you for making such a meaningful impact on our students—and for reminding them that they are surrounded by people who believe in them.

Our amazing EEE students were honored to create encouragement bags for our local firefighters as a small token of appreciation for their service and bravery. 🚒❤️ This weekend, Mrs. Gibson and Griffin delivered the bags to our local heroes—and as you can see in these pictures, the smiles say it all! Thank you to our firefighters for all you do, and to our students for spreading kindness in such a meaningful way!
